They have been open over a month, so I would expect the management would have addressed these issues fairly quickly.

This happened all around with other customers, so had to hear the irritation from them repeatedly.

The wait staff were vocal in their irritation with the tablets they use to place orders and had to swipe the card 5-6 times for it to read the card. Also I overheard other customers ordering drinks and the waitstaff returned to say that they were out of vodka or a particular beer so it sounds like ordering of supplies to address that use is not Dialed in. Had to ring for service to get napkins and silverware and that took awhile as well. The service was really slow, took over 30-40 minutes to get the food and then they didn’t pay attention to detail. It was not dirty, but did not match the appearance of the rest of the facility and the seats were not as nice as what you may experience at other facilities of this type. First off I was disappointed with the decor and seats in the theater itself. However I was disappointed and do not plan to go back unless I hear different reviews. Tables were reasonably sized and the drink menu was fairly robust. The food was not over priced in my opinion and it was pretty good considering they bring it to you in the theater.

The bathrooms were decorated nice and were clean. Decorated well, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar in the lobby is pretty nice.
